摘要
采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针等相关试验手段,对SPHC热板表面灰白色氧化铁皮的形貌、微区成分、厚度、相结构进行了试验分析,并对氧化铁皮缺陷的产生原因进行了研究。结果表明,冷却过快导致氧化铁皮相结构不均匀,是导致其产生色差的主要原因。
Using metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,electron probe and other related test methods,the morphology,micro-area composition,thickness and phase structure of the gray oxide scale on the surface of the SPHC hot plate were tested and analyzed,and the causes of oxide scale defects were analyzed.Were studied.The results show that the uneven structure of the iron oxide scale caused by too fast cooling is the main reason for the chromatic aberration.
