摘要
让教育回归"育人"之本,是新时代教育背景下赋予高校教师的重大使命。如何因地制宜、因校制宜、因学生制宜培养出能够与时俱进的专业型人才,更是每一位专业课程教师的责任。本文以独立学院食品生物化学课程的一堂课为案例,以动态生物化学(简称生化)的糖酵解途径为设计蓝本,以参与式教学法为主导,探索思想政治理念下教学设计的有机融合,通过生化课堂的师与生、教与学的双重体验,旨在实现专业技能与德育渗透的双重教学目标。
It is an important mission for university teachers to return to the “education”. How to adapt measures to local, school conditions and student conditions to cultivate professional talents keeping pace with the times is the responsibility of professional teachers. This paper takes a course of Food Biochemistry as an example, make the “glycolysis” approach as the design blueprint, and takes the participatory teaching method as the leading role to explore the organic integration of teaching design under the ideological and political concepts. And through the Biochemistry class between teachers and students to teach and learn the dual experience. This paper aims to achieve the dual teaching goals of professional skills and moral education penetration.
