摘要
国家公园较好地处理了自然资源生态保护与合理利用之间的关系,是自然环境保护体系的重要形式。基于自然保护区生态旅游开发及国家公园建设的研究现状和发展趋势,结合四川平武大熊猫栖息地现状,提出系统建设大熊猫国家公园建设方案,确立“一核、一脉、两轴、四片”的整体布局和用地结构规划思路,以期为大熊猫栖息地建设提供参考,为国家公园建设提供借鉴。
National parks deal well with the relationship between protection and rational use of natural resources and ecology,and are an important form of the natural environmental protection system.Based on the research status and development trend of ecotourism development and national park construction in nature reserves,as well as the status quo of giant panda habitat in Pingwu,Sichuan,this paper proposes a systematic construction plan for the giant panda national park,and establishes the overall layout and land use planning idea of′one core,one vein,two axes,and four areas′,hoping to provide a reference for the construction of the giant panda habitat and provide a reference for the construction of national parks.
