摘要
基于调研数据,对比分析不同类型社会资本参与PPP项目的主要顾虑,发现社会资本的所有制类型、主营业务所在地、社会资本规模等方面对其参与PPP项目的顾虑产生影响。总结不同类型社会资本的投资差异特点,分析产生差异的深层原因。基于调研结果,提出政府在制定政策时的建议。
Based on a survey data,this paper makes a statistical and comparative analysis on the main concerns of different types of social capital when participating in PPP projects,finds that the types of ownership,the location of main business,and the scale of social capital show an impact on the concerns.Then,summarizes the characteristics of different types of social capital investment differences,and analyzes the underlying reasons for the differences.Based on the results of the survey,gives suggestions for the government when making policies.
