摘要
教师技能训练课程是培养师范生职业能力的核心课程。师范院校的大多教学技能训练课程注重教学技能的传授而忽略了教师师德的养成教育,关注教学技能的学习而缺乏全方位的实训。文章研究以本校英语教育专业构建的“德技并修、四维赋能”教学技能训练课程为依托,探讨如何通过“课前在线自主学习、课堂协同学习、课后移动拓展学习、课余项目实践学习”四个维度开展教学技能研训,使学生在“教学技能与岗位能力”双重建构的课堂中德技并修,促进师范生的专业技能养成及职业修养的提升,从而培养符合社会需求的“四有”好教师。
The teacher skill training course is the core course for cultivating the professional ability of normal students.Most of the teaching skill training courses in normal colleges focus on the teaching of teaching techniques but neglect the cultivation of teachers'morality,focus on the learning of teaching skills but lack of comprehensive practical training.This research is based on the teaching skilltraining course of"Teachers'Ethics Cultivation and Skills Training through Four-Dimensional Empowerment"constructed by the school's English education major,and explores how to carry out the four dimensions of"online self-learning,classroom collaborative learning,mobile development learning,and project practice learning",which enables students to learn both teachers'ethics and teaching skills with a dual construction of"teaching skills and job abilities",and promotes the development of professional skills and professional accomplishment of normal students,there by cultivates the"four possesses"good teacher that meet the needs of the society.
