摘要
医学科技的迅猛发展一方面为人类带来救治疾病的利器,同时也衍生科学伦理异化、医疗趋利化和“药品拜物教”等诸多现实困境。临床医疗被视作纯粹“生理-科技”的简单对抗过程,人的因素疏离于强调物化的诊治系统之外。融合心理与社会因素的新医学模式与新健康观重唤医学人性化的理性复归。通过中西医学人文理论溯源与传承流变等比较研究,探索医学人文的演进脉络与现实价值指向,可为临床实践重新发现人性化医疗的核心要义及其应用方式提供路径指引。中西医学人文的相似与不同点对比分析揭示,二者学理前提尽管有着重大差别,发展轨迹迥异,但目标愿景与认知模式却有关键共通之处,从而具有方法论融合、理论互促互补的逻辑基础。
The rapid development of clinical technology not only brings scientific tools to overcome diseases,but also produces many reality problems such as medical ethics alienation,medicine for profit,and“medical fetishism”.Clinical medicine is regarded as a simple confrontation process of pure“physiology-technology”,and human factors are alienated from the diagnosis and treatment system which emphasizes materialization.The new medical model and new health concept integrating psychological and social factors revives the humanization of medicine.Through the comparative study of the theoretical evolution of the medical humanities between Chinese and Western medicine,the development law of the medical humanities and its practical value are explored,which provides path guidance for clinical practice to rediscover the core meaning of humanized medical treatment and its application.The comparative analysis on Chinese and Western medical humanities reveals that although the theoretical premises and their development trajectories are different,but the vision and cognitive approach have similarities,and would produce the result of theoretical fusion and complementation.
