摘要
对贵州省现行主推家蚕品种贵蚕1号、华康2号其原种进行了1—2龄人工饲料育、3—5龄桑叶育,调查人工饲料育适应性。结果表明:贵蚕1号日系原种826×科明疏毛率均值92.14%,综合适应性得分74.80%,人工饲料的综合适应性最好;华康2号日系原种C-2×D-2、中系原种B-1×A-1疏毛率分别为71.52%、48.04%,综合适应性得分40.78%、30.37%,人工饲料的综合适应性弱;贵蚕1号中系原种新杭×827的疏毛率为16.82%,综合适应性得分7.80%,人工饲料的适应性最差。
The current main silkworm varieties Guican 1 and Huakang 2 in Guizhou province were bred with artificial diet for 1 to 2 years and mulberry leaves for 3 to 5 years respectively to investigate the adaptability of these varieties to artificial diet.The results showed that the average setae dispersion rate of Guican No.1 Japanese original species 826×Keming was 92.14%,and the comprehensive adaptability score was 74.80%,with the best comprehensive adaptability;Huakang No.2 Japanese original species C-2×D-2 and the Chinese original species B-1×A-1 was 71.52%and 48.04%,respectively,in setae dispersion rate,and their comprehensive adaptability scores were 40.78%and 30.37%,respectively,with weak comprehensive adaptability;Xinhang×827 of the original species of Guican No.1 had a setae dispersion rate of 16.82%,the comprehensive adaptability score was 7.80%,and its adaptability to artificial feed was the worst.
