基于B型剩余电流检测的交流充电桩RCD研究 被引量:4

摘要 2020年新能源充电桩被纳入新基建行列,我国充电桩行业迎来高速发展。面对行业目前运维成本高、无人值守导致的安全隐患、安全类信息无法实时监测等问题,有必要研究一套对充电桩定位及安全类信息进行监测的系统。交流充电桩的充电控制与保护,剩余电流动作保护电器成为其关键性器件。基于传统剩余电流动作保护电器,提出了一种基于北斗授时定位、可检测B型剩余电流信息数据的智能物联网断路器,并通过云平台网页进行实时监测、智能化精准定位与安全状态信息监测管理,从而解决了交流充电桩漏电保护方面不足、运维难、无人值守和人工成本高等问题。 In 2020,new energy charging piles will be included in the ranks of new infrastructure construction,and my country’s charging pile industry will usher in rapid development.In the face of the industry’s current high operation and maintenance costs,potential safety hazards caused by unattended operations,and the inability to monitor safety information in real time,it is necessary to develop a system for monitoring charging pile positioning and safety information.The charging control and protection of AC charging piles,and the residual current action protection electrical appliances have become its key components.Based on the traditional residual current operation to protect electrical appliances,a smart IoT circuit breaker based on Beidou timing positioning and detecting type B residual current information data is proposed,and real-time monitoring,intelligent precise positioning and safety status information monitoring are carried out through the cloud platform webpage.Management,thus solving the problems of insufficient leakage protection of AC charging piles,difficult operation and maintenance,unattended operation,and high labor costs.
