摘要
采用文献分析法、演绎分析法等,探究日本滑雪场运营模式、理念及对我国的启示。日本滑雪场在运营中形成了联盟整合模式、生态旅游联合模式、特色文化融合模式;理念驱动:打造滑雪场特色的价值理念驱动、秉承服务至上的服务理念驱动、积极拓展营销渠道的营销理念驱动。对我国的启示:积极提高滑雪场战略管理水平;创新融入不同地域文化;主动回归自然生态;全面供给高质量滑雪服务。
By using the methods of literature analysis and deductive analysis,this paper explored the operation mode and concept-driven of ski resorts in Japan and their enlightenment to China.In the operation,Japanese ski resorts have formed alliance integration mode,eco-tourism alliance mode and characteristic culture integration mode.Concept-driven are as follows:The value concept is to create the characteristics of the ski resort,the service concept is to uphold the service fi rst,and the marketing concept is to actively expand the marketing channels.Enlightenment to China:We should actively improve the strategic management of ski resorts,integrate diff erent regional cultures in an innovative way,actively return to the natural ecology,and provide high-quality ski services in an all-round way.
