摘要
对高校瑜伽课运用线上线下融合(Online Merge Offline,OMO)教学模式的可行性进行研究,发现OMO教学模式对学生主动性学习及教师主体能力的提升有促进作用,有利于瑜伽课程与信息化教学的融合,有助于教师从传统教学模式向信息化教学模式转变,从而提高体育信息化教学水平.
In this paper,the feasibility of using the OMO teaching model in yoga classes in colleges and universities were studied,and the results showed that the initiative of students and the improvement of teachers'subjective ability were promoted by OMO teaching model,which was conducive to the integration of yoga courses and information teaching and helpful for teachers to change from the traditional teaching mode to the informatization teaching mode,so as to improve the level of sports informatization teaching.
