摘要
环氧浇注绝缘件是GIS中的关键部件,通过对其生产设备环氧浇注设备的组成,介绍不同浇注设备特点,分析了设备组成在绝缘件生产中的影响,叙述了薄膜混料、静态混料两种主要环氧浇注设备类型特点,介绍了设备原料预处理、自动计量系统、真空处理系统、浇注系统、软件控制等对绝缘件的影响,并对现有浇注设备提出相关改进建议。
Epoxy pouring insulator is a key component in GIS,By introducing the composition of epoxy pouring equipment and the characteristics of different pouring equipment,the influence of equipment composition on the production of insulating parts is analyzed.The characteristics of two main types of epoxy pouring equipment,namely film mixing and static mixing,are described.The influences of equipment raw material pretreatment,automatic metering system,vacuum treatment system,gating system and software control on insulating parts are introduced.At the same time,some suggestions for improving the existing pouring equipment are put forward.
