摘要
本文对福田雷沃国际重工、郑州煤矿机械集团与美的集团股份有限公司三家制造企业进行探索性多案例研究,结合产业组织相关理论,深入剖析了流通业助推制造业转型升级战略及作用机制。研究结果显示,制造业流通化、流通驱动的价值链升级与布局优化可作为有效的制造业转型升级战略,促进消费升级,且采取制造业流通化战略可以直接促进实现流通驱动的布局优化战略,也可以通过推动实施流通驱动的价值链升级战略来实现流通驱动的布局优化战略;制造企业采取流通化战略、流通驱动的价值链升级与布局优化战略受其所处的内外部环境影响;在内外部环境的驱动下,嵌入位置、生产创新与服务创新对制造企业采取流通化战略、流通驱动的价值链升级与布局优化战略具有强化作用;企业成长在制造企业采取流通化战略、流通驱动的价值链升级战略、流通驱动的布局优化战略与消费结构和品质升级的关系中具有强化作用。最后,提炼出流通业助推制造业转型升级的战略路径及理论框架。
This paper conducts an exploratory multi-case study on three manufacturing companies, Foton Lovol International Heavy Industry, Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery and Midea Co., Ltd, and combined with the relevant theories of industrial organization, deeply analyzes the strategy and mechanism of the distribution industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The research results show that manufacturing distribution, distribution-driven value chain upgrade and layout optimization can be used as effective manufacturing transformation and upgrading strategies to promote consumption upgrade, and the distribution-driven layout optimization strategy can be directly promoted by adopting the strategy of manufacturing distribution, and can also be realized by promoting the implementation of the distribution-driven value chain upgrading strategy;adopting distribution strategy, distribution-driven value chain upgrade and layout optimization strategies is affected by the internal and external environment in which manufacturing enterprises are located;driven by the internal and external environment, embedded location, production innovation and service innovation play an intensifying role in strengthening distribution strategy, distribution-driven value chain upgrade and layout optimization strategies driven by manufacturing enterprises;enterprise growth plays an intensifying role in the relationship between manufacturing companies adopting distribution strategy, distribution-driven value chain upgrade strategy, distribution-driven layout optimization strategy, and consumption structure and quality upgrades. Finally, this paper refines the strategic path and theoretical framework of the distribution industry to promote the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
