不同温度照射保温技术应用于指尖离断再植患者的效果分析 被引量:7

Effect of Different Temperature Irradiation and Thermal Insulation Technology on Replantation Patients with Disconnected Finger Tips

摘要 目的:探讨不同温度照射保温技术应用于指尖离断再植患者的效果。方法:选取本院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的80例指尖离断再植患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=40,33 ℃~35 ℃照射)和观察组(n=40,29 ℃~31 ℃照射),观察两组干预优良率、手指尖功能恢复和不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,观察组总有效率92.50%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组手指功能恢复(外观、血液循环状态、关节活动度、感觉功能)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于指尖离断再植患者使用29 ℃~31 ℃保温照射效果较好,可较快恢复患者的指尖功能,不良反应少。 Objective:To investigate the effect of different temperature irradiation and heat preservation techniques on replantation of severed fingertips.Method:A total of 80 cases of fingertip replantation patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to the simple randomization method,they were divided into control group (n=40,33 ℃-35 ℃ irradiation) and observation group (n=40,29 ℃-31 ℃ irradiation).The excellent rate of intervention,the recovery of fingertip function and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Result:After intervention,the total effective rate of 92.50% in the observation group was significantly higher than that of 75.00% in the control group (P<0.05);the recovery of finger function (appearance,blood circulation status,joint mobility,sensory function) scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of 29 ℃-31 ℃ heat preservation irradiation in replantation patients with severed fingertips has good clinical effect,which is helpful to promote the recovery of fingertip function with few adverse reactions,and is worthy of further research and promotion.
