摘要
外感病初起多见表证,传统治疗表证大都以辛温解表法为主。明清时期辛凉解表法的出现,打破了传统治疗表证的范围,吴鞠通的《温病条辨》则进一步拓展了表证的辨治,如清暑透表法为感受暑湿又受外寒而设,湿热初犯而致湿热困遏肌表宜化湿宣表法,燥热初犯肺卫宜疏表润燥法等。基于《温病条辨》原文,分析和总结了辛温解表、辛凉透表、清暑透表、化湿宣表、利湿解表、清营解表、解毒散表、凉润疏表、轻宣透表、滋阴解表10种治法。吴氏以证立法,方随法变,药随证出,化裁诸多,为后人提供了启迪。
Exogenous diseases often appear at the beginning,while traditional treatment of exterior syndrome is mainly used by Xinwen Jiebiao method. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the appearance of Xinliang Jiebiao method has broken the traditional treatment. Furthermore,Wu Jutong further expanded the differentiation and treatment of exterior syndrome in Differentiation of Syndromes in Febrile Diseases. For example,the method of clearing away the heat and penetrating the surface is designed by WU to feel the heat and dampness and the cold outside;the method of removing dampness and clearing the surface is for the surface of arresting muscles trapped by dampness and heat;Shubiao Runzao method is for dryness and heat invading lung. Based on the original text of Differentiation of Syndromes in Febrile Diseases,the article has analyzed and summarized the treatment methods of exterior syndrome in the original,including Xinwen Jiebiao method,Xinliang Toubiao method,Qingshu Toubiao method,Huashi Xuanbiao method,Lishi Jiebiao method,Qingying Jiebiao method,Jiedu Sanbiao method,Liangrun Shubiao method,Qingxuan Toubiao method and Ziyin Jiebiaomethod,in order to provide new thinking for later generations.
