摘要
为持续拉长农业现代化这条“短腿”,着力补齐农村这块全面小康的“短板”,坚定农业产业化发展方向,促进一二三产业融合发展,巩固云南边疆少数民族聚集区脱贫攻坚工作成效,落实乡村振兴战略部署。通过对我国土地制度、农业供给侧结构性改革及农业产业化发展历程进行深入分析,就梁河县勐养镇农业产业化发展现状及产业在脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴战略中的地位进行了调查研究。紧紧围绕现代农业发展目标,提出发展对策。
To lengthen the“short leg”of agricultural modernization,to make up the“short board”of overall well-off society in rural areas,to strengthen the direction of agricultural industrialization,and to promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,we will consolidate the progress made in poverty alleviation in Yunnan’s border areas inhabited by ethnic minorities and implement the strategic plan for rural revitalization.Through the deep analysis of the land system,agricultural supply-side structural reform and the development course of agricultural industrialization,this paper investigates the present situation of agricultural industrialization in Mengyang Town of Lianghe County and the role of industry in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy.Focusing on the development goal of modern agriculture,this paper puts forward effective measures and development countermeasures.
