摘要
智能背景下高职会计职业技能要求发生变化对会计人才培养模式带来深度挑战。1+X证书制度将学历证书与职业技能等级证书相互融合,是新时代职业教育制度设计的创新。"1"是基础,"X"是"1"的补充、加强和拓展。因此,1+X证书嵌入高职会计课程教学内容中有助于构建会计职业教育"产教融合、书证融通"的人才培养模式,实现分类培养分层教学的改革,精确定位会计岗位能力的培养目标,满足社会对复合型技术技能高职会计人才的需求。
Under the background of intelligence,the changes of accounting professional skill requirement in higher vocational colleges bring deep challenge to the training mode of accounting talents.1+X Certificate integrates the academic certificate and vocational skill grade certificates.“1”is the foundation,and“X”is supplement,strengthen and expand.As a result,teaching reform of higher vocational accounting with 1+X Certificate is helpful to accurately locate accountant skill goals and meet the needs of the society for the accounting talents of the complex technical skills.
