摘要
数据开放在突发公共卫生事件管控中发挥着重要的作用。快速、准确地获取并有效地收集、利用相关数据,有助于协调突发公共卫生事件的管控,提高应急响应的科学性,降低疫情带来的危害和负面影响。该文阐述了基于关联数据整合突发公共卫生事件数据的必要性,分析了数据开放平台的技术实现过程,构建了基于关联数据的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情数据开放平台,证明突发公共卫生事件数据开放平台可实现疫情数据的科学开放和智能管控。
Data open plays an important role in the management of public health emergencies.The rapid and accurate acquisition,effective collection and use of relevant data can help coordinate the management and control of public health emergencies,improve the science of emergency response,and reduce the harm and negative impact of the epidemic.This article illustrates the necessity of integrating public health emergency data based on linked data,analyzes the technology implementation process,and builds a COVID-19 data open platform based on linked data.Finally,this article proves data open platform of public health emergency can realize scientific openness and intelligent management of epidemic data.
