摘要
安徽省中医药历史文化悠久,有“北华陀南新安”之称,影响极其深远。安徽省中药产业在70年发展历程中取得丰硕成果,中药农业稳步发展、工业发展势头良好、流通业发展迅猛、科研创新成果不断涌现等。但安徽省中药产业发展中也还存在诸多问题,如中药资源保护和开发力度不够、工业发展质量不优、流通现代化程度不高、中药科研能力不强等。在新发展理念的引领下,安徽中药产业应通过实施创新行动促进产业转型、协调行动实现产业优化、绿色行动推动产业可持续化、开放行动加速产业国际化、共享行动提升社会贡献度等促进产业升级发展。
The Chinese medicine culture in Anhui Province,known as“North Huatuo,South Xin’an”,has a long history and far-reaching influence.In the past 70 years,the Chinese medicine industry in Anhui province has achieved fruitful results,including steady development of the Chinese medicine agriculture,good momentum of industrial development,rapid development of circulation industry,continuous emergence of scientific research and innovation achievements.However,there are still many problems,such as insufficient protection and exploitation of the Chinese medicine resources,poor quality of industrial development,low degree of circulation modernization,and weak scientific research ability.Under the guidance of the new development concept,the Chinese medicine industry of Anhui province should promote industrial upgrading by implementing innovative actions to promote industrial transformation and coordinated actions to realize industrial optimization,green actions to promote industrial sustainability,open actions to accelerate industrial internationalization,shared actions to enhance social contribution,etc.
