河流健康评估研究及应用——以南排河为例 被引量:4

摘要 为诊断河北省沧州市南排河的健康状况,以2019年为评估年。基于南排河生态环境现状,从水文、物理结构、化学、生物、社会服务功能5个层面,采用分级指标法构建了南排河健康评估指标体系,并采用主观加权方法确定了各指标的权重。对南排河健康状况的诊断结果表明:南排河评分结果为56.43分,健康状况为亚健康,水质差、流量小是影响南排河的主要因素。建议在枯水期进行补水,保障河流的基本生态流量;在丰水期有计划地开闸,充分利用洪水的动能清除河底的淤泥,带走黑臭物质,提高水质;同时利用行政手段控制入河排污总量,缓解目前存在的严重污染情况。该研究旨在为南排河生态环境改善提供理论依据,同时给其他相似的排沥河道提供评估经验和治理参考。 The year 2019 was selected as the assessment year in order to diagnose the health status of Nanpai River.According to the current ecological environment of Nanpai River,based on the five main levels,i.e.hydrology,physical structure,chemistry,biology and social service function,the health assessment index system of Nanpai River was established by the hierarchical index method,and the weight of each index was determined by the subjective weighting method.The diagnosis results of the health condition of Nanpai River showed that the score of Nanpai River was 56.43 points,and the health condition was sub-healthy.Poor water quality and low flow rate were the main causes of the health condition of Nanpai River.It is suggested that water should be replenished during the dry season to ensure the basic ecological flow of the river;the floodgate should be opened in a planned way during the wet season to make full use of the kinetic energy of the flood to remove silt from the river bottom,take away black and smelly substances and improve water quality;and at the same time,administrative measures can be used to control the total amount of pollution discharge into the river to alleviate the current serious pollution situation.The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the ecological environment improvement of Nanpai River,and share evaluation experience and governance reference with other similar drainage channels.
