摘要
新修订《中华人民共和国档案法》的公布,确定了电子档案的重要地位,也指明了未来档案管理信息化的趋势。当前部分高校档案管理人才缺乏,档案信息化进度较慢,缺少安全高效率的档案管理系统。为推进档案信息化工作,针对电子档案的优势进行了分析,对高校档案管理信息化系统的设计进行了研究,并进一步对档案管理工作提出建议。
The promulgation of the newly revised Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China confirms the important position of electronic files and points out the trend of informatization of file management in the future.However,there is a shortage of file management talents in some colleges and universities currently,and the progress of files informatization is slow,and a file management system with security and efficiency is lacked.In order to promote the work of informatization of files,the paper analyzes the advantages of electronic files,studies the design of file management information systems in colleges and universities,and proposes further suggestions for file management.
