摘要
以G大学为例对基于ESI的学科建设与决策进行研究。基本科学指标数据库ESI有科研生产力、科研影响力、科研创新力和科研发展力4个维度,成为了衡量学科科研绩效和跟踪科学发展趋势的重要指标。通过分析G大学的ESI学科建设情况,指出ESI学科建设规划与决策应重点关注和发展潜力学科,加强顶层设计和统筹布局,实施一系列向ESI建设学科倾斜的政策措施,高度重视ESI学科的国际合作与交流,强化以ESI学科建设为导向的人才引进和学科队伍建设,以保障ESI学科建设的健康发展。
The research explores the discipline construction and decision-making based on essential scientific indicators through taking G University as an example.There are mainly four dimensions of basic scientific indicators,including scientific research productivity,scientific research influence,scientific research innovation and scientific research development,which have become important indicators to measure the scientific research performance and track the scientific development trend.By analyzing the construction of ESI in G University and investigating the subject construction,decision-making and measures based on ESI,the paper points out that the ESI discipline construction should focus on planning,decision-making and potential subject development while strengthening the top-level design and overall layout,implement the policy measures of discipline construction tilted in series to the ESI and attach great importance to international cooperation and exchanges,strengthen the talent introduction and discipline construction oriented by the ESI discipline construction,in order to guarantee healthy development of ESI discipline construction.
