经皮椎体后凸成形术的骨水泥分布形态对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者近期预后的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)的骨水泥分布形态对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者近期预后的影响。方法回顾性选取2018年4月-2020年4月行PKP治疗的骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者180例为研究对象。患者术后均采用X线片观察骨水泥分布形态,并根据骨水泥分布形态分为A组(致密型,n=118)和B组(弥散型,n=62)。术后患者均门诊随访至少半年。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、骨水泥量等手术相关指标以及并发症发生率。并比较两组术前和术后半年的Oswestry功能障碍指数、Cobb角和目测类比评分。结果A组和B组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、骨水泥量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与A组比较,B组骨水泥渗漏、椎体再骨折发生率较高(P<0.05)。与同组术前比较,A组和B组术后半年的Oswestry功能障碍指数、Cobb角和目测类比评分均降低,且B组术后半年的Oswestry功能障碍指数、Cobb角和目测类比评分均高于A组(P<0.05)。结论PKP的弥散型骨水泥分布形态可增加水泥渗漏、椎体再骨折等并发症发生风险,影响骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者近期预后情况。
