摘要
职业院校劳动教育的研究在新中国成立后经历了基于“半工半读”思维的零星探索、基于“苏共模式”视角的模仿学习、基于“三个面向”思维的自我探索、基于“劳动预备”制度的实施探索、基于“工学结合”思维的融合发展5个阶段。劳动教育近年来愈加受到重视。当前,我国高职院校劳动教育面对劳动行为教育形式固化、劳动认知教育定位弱化、劳动情感引导氛围淡化的发展困境,应着力于构建核心明确、特色突出、全面融合的劳动教育体系。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the research on labor education of vocational education has gone through five stages:sporadic exploration based on thinking of"work-study program",imitation learning based on"Soviet Communist model",self-exploration based on"three-dimensional"thinking,implementation exploration based on"labor preparation"system,and integration development based on thinking of"work study combination".Labor education has been paid more and more attention in recent years.At present,the labor education in higher vocational colleges in China is facing the dilemma of the solidified form of labor behavior education,the weakening of the orientation of labor cognitive education and the atmosphere of labor emotion guidance.Therefore,we should focus on building a labor education system with clear core,prominent characteristics and comprehensive integration.
