摘要
利用绵阳市2019年环境空气自动监测数据分析PM2.5质量浓度变化特征,并提出相应控制措施。结果表明:绵阳市年均浓度为38ug/m^3,高新区自来水厂站点年均浓度高于全市均值,市人大、三水厂站点与全市均值浓度相同,富乐山站点浓度全市最低。绵阳市主要是第1季度和第4季度PM2.5质量浓度偏高,尤其是1-2月份和11-12月份。绵阳市"减排、压煤、抑尘、治车、控秸"五大工程起到了较好的减排效果,今后需继续加大对重点区域的污染源监管,同时加强对重点月份的减排,对低浓度时间段加强巡查,确保PM2.5质量浓度不反弹。
Based on ambient air automatic monitoring data of Mianyang City in 2019, variation characteristics of PM2.5 mass concentration were analyzed, meanwhile corresponding control measures were proposed.The results show that annual mean concentration of Mianyang City is 38μg/m^3, the annual mean concentration of Gaoxinqu station is higher than the average of Mianyang City, the annual mean concentration of Shirenda and Sanshuichang station is as same as the average of Mianyang City, and the concentration of Fuleshan station is the lowest.In Mianyang City, the concentration of PM2.5 was relatively higher in the first quarter and the last quarter, especially in January to February and November to December.The five major projects of Mianyang City, "emission reduction, coal pressing,dust suppression,vehicle control and straw control", have played a very good effect for reduced pollution emissions.In the future,we need to continue strengthen the supervision of pollution emissions in key areas,at the same time, reduce pollution emissions in key months,and step up inspections in low-concentration periods to ensure that the concentration of PM2.5 does not rebound.
