摘要
目的了解吉林省市售淡水鱼的食源性寄生虫污染状况。方法按照SN/T 1748-2006《进出口食品中寄生虫的检验方法》,对2017~2019年吉林省4个食品监测区域随机采集淡水鱼,进行东方次睾吸虫、颚口线虫、华支睾吸虫3种寄生虫的检测。结果共检测1200份淡水鱼样品,27份检出寄生虫,检出率为2.25%;4个地区中,松原市检出率最高,达5.33%;3种寄生虫中,华支睾吸虫检出率最高,达4.25%。结论吉林省部分市售淡水鱼已受到寄生虫污染,应加强食品卫生宣传工作,提高群众的自我防护意识。
Objective To understand the contamination status of freshwater fish with parasites in Jilin market.Methods According to SN/T 1748-2006 Inspection method of parasites in import and export food,freshwater fish were collected randomly from 4 food monitoring areas in Jilin province from 2017 to 2019,and 3 kinds of parasites(including Metacercariasis orientalis,Gnathostoma nematode and Clonorchis sinensis)were detected.Results A total of 1200 freshwater fish samples were detected,and 27 samples with parasites,and the detection rate of 2.25%.The detection rate of Songyuan city was the highest(5.33%)in the 4 areas.Among the 3 parasites,Clonorchis sinensis had the highest detection rate(4.25%).Conclusion Some freshwater fish sold in Jilin province have been contaminated by parasites.We should strengthen the propaganda of food hygiene and improve the people’s awareness of self-protection in the future.
