摘要
随着素质教育全面以及持续深入,医学院校临床教学改革已成为一种必然趋势,教学模式优化完善是不可忽视的重要环节,直接关系到临床教学有效性提高以及医学专业人才培养战略目标的实现。因此,本文多层次客观分析了CBL和PBL教学模式,在分析传统肾移植临床教学模式的基础上多角度探讨了肾移植临床教学中CBL结合PBL教学模式的应用要求,深化分析教材、学情的同时,从课前、课中、课后三大环节着手,提出了一些合理化的措施,高效应用CBL结合PBL教学模式,在师生、生生有效互动中让肾移植临床教学充满生机活力,促使专业学生轻松、高效学习以及利用肾移植知识技能,夯实肾移植理论基础的同时持续提高肾移植临床实践能力以及素质。
With the comprehensive and continuous deepening of quality education,clinical teaching reform in medical colleges and universities has become an inevitable trend,and the optimization and improvement of teaching mode is an important link that can not be ignored.it is directly related to the improvement of the effectiveness of clinical teaching and the realization of the strategic goal of training medical professionals.Therefore,this paper makes a multi-level and objective analysis of CBL and PBL teaching model,and discusses the application requirements of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of renal transplantation from many angles on the basis of analyzing the traditional clinical teaching model of renal transplantation.It deepens the analysis of teaching materials and learning situation,and puts forward some reasonable measures from the three links before class,during class and after class,so as to apply CBL combined with PBL teaching mode efficiently.Let the clinical teaching of renal transplantation be full of vigor and vitality in the effective interaction between teachers and students,and urge the professional students to study easily and efficiently and make use of the knowledge and skills of renal transplantation.consolidate the theoretical basis of renal transplantation while continuously improve the clinical practice ability and quality of renal transplantation.
