摘要
现阶段,小学生面临着很大的学习任务和压力,在减负增效理念的推动下,减轻学生学习负担,增强学生学习效果,成为小学数学教学工作改革的首要任务。教师应科学利用减负增效的教学策略,达到既定的小学数学教学工作目标。本文说明了减负增效理念对小学数学教学工作的影响,提出了减负增效理念下小学高年级数学教学对策,从而有效提升小学数学教学工作的总体水平。
At this stage,primary school students are facing great learning tasks and pressures.Under the impetus of the concept of burden reduction and efficiency enhancement,reducing students'learning burden and enhancing students'learning effects have become the primary task of the reform of primary school mathematics teaching.Teachers should scientifically use teaching strategies that reduce burdens and increase efficiency to achieve the established primary school mathematics teaching goals.This article explains the impact of the concept of reducing burdens and increasing efficiency on primary school mathematics teaching,and proposes countermeasures for higher grade mathematics teaching under the concept of reducing burdens and increasing efficiency,so as to effectively improve the overall level of primary school mathematics teaching.
