摘要
作为一种功能性氨基酸,丝氨酸在动物体内可由糖酵解产生的中间产物3-磷酸甘油酸或甘氨酸合成,是多个重要代谢过程的中间枢纽;此外,丝氨酸还是一种强效的神经营养因子,有利于调节中枢神经系统或神经元功能,并在调控动物机体免疫功能、炎症反应、微生态平衡、抗氧化应激、生长发育和治疗代谢疾病等方面发挥着重要的生物学作用。本文主要总结了近年来丝氨酸对动物机体健康影响的研究进展,重点从丝氨酸的生物学功能和代谢,以及其参与抗氧化应激、维持免疫功能、治疗相关疾病和在畜禽饲粮中的应用等方面进行了论述,特别是对丝氨酸营养调控畜禽健康进行了展望,以期把丝氨酸作为一种新型的饲料添加剂应用到畜禽养殖生产实践中,为畜禽的功能性氨基酸营养需要研究与饲养管理提供新的理论依据,同时为治疗神经性疾病、癌症、肿瘤和脂肪肝等疾病提供新的思路。
Serine is a functional amino acid,it can be synthesized de novo through 3-phosphoglycerate derived from glycolysis or glycine in animals and it is in the intermediate hub position of many important metabolic processes.In addition,serine is also a powerful neurotrophic factor,which is used to regulate the central nervous system or neurons.It has been reported that serine and its metabolites play an important biological role in regulating animal immune function,inflammatory response,micro-ecological balance,anti-oxidative stress,growth promotion and treatment of cancer diseases.This article mainly summarizes the research progress of the effects of serine on animal health in recent years,focusing on the biological functions,metabolism and transport of serine,as well as its participation in anti-oxidative stress,maintenance of immune function,treatment of related diseases and application in livestock and poultry diets.This article also provides a prospective view of the serine nutrition regulation strategy for the health of livestock and poultry,hoping that serine will be used as a new type of feed additive in the production practice of livestock and poultry,and providing new theories for the research on the nutritional needs of livestock and poultry and feeding management.More importantly,providing new targets for the future treatment of neurological diseases,cancer,tumors and fatty liver diseases.
