摘要
大学生自主创业成为就业的有效途径之一。调研大学生创新创业意愿,并分析其影响因素。选取了江西省10所应用型本科高校大学生作为研究对象,通过问卷调查发现,主要影响因素有师资力量、教育体系、资金扶持、社会认可度等,并调研提出措施建议。
With the continuous expansion of the overall scale of college enrollment in China,the number of college students increases sharply,and its employment situation is increasingly severe.Self-employment of college students has become the best way to solve their employment problems in the current era.In order to understand the present situation of college students'innovative entrepreneurial intention and analyze its influencing factors,we selected undergraduate students from 10 colleges in Jiangxi province as subjects.Through the questionnaire survey,we found that the main influencing factors are teachers,education system,financial support,social recognition,and so on.Finally,according to the research results,we put forward feasible suggestions and measures.
