摘要
在DMTO工业装置上研究了C4烯烃对SAPO-34分子筛催化剂积碳能力的影响,分析了C4烯烃参与催化裂解反应的主要组分、催化剂预积碳效果和甲醇制烯烃(MTO)反应甲醇生焦率的变化情况,提出了控制催化剂积碳量的有效方法,解决了现有MTO技术中低碳烯烃收率较低的问题。试验结果表明,在MTO反应中引入C4烯烃催化裂解反应可以优化SAPO-34分子筛催化剂的积碳物种,预积碳产生的新鲜积碳具有较高的低碳烯烃选择性。当C4进料量为1.5 t/h时,甲醇单耗可降低0.022 t/t,该技术可以有效提高DMTO装置的经济效益。
The carbon deposition capacity of C4 olefins on the SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst was tested on industrial DMTO equipment.The main components of C4 olefins involved in the catalytic cracking reaction,the effect of catalyst pre-carbon deposition,and the methanol coke yield of methanol to olefin(MTO)reaction were analyzed.An effective method for controlling the catalyst carbon deposition amount was proposed,and the problem of low yield of low carbon olefins in the existing MTO technology was solved.The result shows that the introduction of C4 olefin catalytic cracking reaction in MTO reaction can optimize the carbonaceous species of the SAPO-34 molecular sieve catalyst.The fresh carbon produced by pre-carbon deposition has higher low-carbon olefin selectivity.When the C4 feed rate is 1.5 t/h,methanol consumption can be reduced by 0.022 t/t,which can effectively improve the economic benefits of the DMTO plant.
