锁脚锚管-钢拱架在软岩隧道中的力学稳定性研究 被引量:6

摘要 基于其古顶炭质泥岩隧道现场出现的问题,考虑炭质泥岩遇水膨胀软化效应,建立锁脚锚管-钢拱架力学模型,采用结构力学和材料力学理论分析了围岩产生的松散压力和支护后产生的弹性抗力对钢拱架的力学影响,分析了锁脚锚管抗滑移性能和弯曲性能,给出了超挖地段锁脚锚管-钢拱架的稳定性判断依据并进行计算,利用ANSYS软件对锁脚锚管-钢拱架受力进行模拟验证.根据对锁脚锚管-钢拱架稳定性的理论计算和数值模拟数据对比可知:锚管与钢拱架连接点的弯矩、竖向力和水平力的理论计算值与数值模拟结果基本保值一致,验证了锁脚锚管—钢拱架稳定性验算理论的有效性与合理性. To solve the problems in Qi Gu Ding tunnel made of carbonaceous shale,considering the carbonaceous mudstone expansion under the influence of water softening effect,the mechanical model of feet-lock pipe-steel arch is established.The structural mechanics and material mechanics theory is adopted in analyzing the influence of the loosening pressure imposed by the surrounding rock and the elastic resistance caused by supporting on the mechanics of steel arch.Then the feet-lock pipe slip resistance and bending performance are analyzed,providing criterion for judging and calculating the stability of the feet-lock pipe-steel arch in over break sections.The force on feet-lock pipe-steel arch is simulated by using ANSYS software.After comparing the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results of to feet-lock pipe-steel arch stability performance,it is concluded that bending moment of the connection point between anchor pipe and steel arch,the theoretical calculation results of the vertical force and horizontal force is basically consistent with the results of numerical simulation.This proves that the stability checking method offeet-lock pipe-steel arch is correct and effective.
