摘要
随着我国提出构建清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系,煤电在电力结构中的比重逐渐降低,可再生能源发展迅速,并将逐步占据主导地位;但若短时间内电力需求呈现过快增长,煤电依然是保证电力安全的首要措施。随着“十三五”后期电力需求增速放缓,煤电机组将向提供灵活性和辅助服务机组转变,以保障电力安全和可再生能源消纳。提出了“十四五”时期持续发展高效发电技术、主动提高灵活发电技术、不断提升清洁发电技术、深度融合智能发电技术的煤电发展方向。
As China proposes to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system,the proportion of coal-fired power in the power structure will gradually decrease,and renewable energy will develop rapidly and will gradually occupy a dominant position.Coal power is still the primary measure to ensure power safety.With the slowdown in power demand growth in the later period of the“13th Five-Year Plan”,coal-fired power generation units will shift to providing flexibility and auxiliary service units to ensure power safety and renewable energy consumption.It puts forward the development direction of coal power development in the“14th Five-Year Plan”period of continuous development of highly efficient power generation technology,active improvement of flexible power generation technology,continuous improvement of clean power generation technology,and deep integration of intelligent power generation technology.
