摘要
经历了新冠肺炎疫情的考验,智能化因素极大地提升了长三角地区应对重大公共安全风险的防治能力,增强了一市三省在处理重大问题上的协同性。智能化助力新冠肺炎战“疫”的成效表明,智能化因素对推进长三角一体化“四高”发展具有巨大的潜力,是长三角更高质量一体化发展的新路径。长三角一体化作为国家战略,应是更高质量的一体化。在新的时代背景下,必须在正确认识理解区域一体化新内涵的基础上,把握对区域一体化的普遍要求和对长三角更高质量一体化的特定要求,走智能化发展道路,以智能化推进长三角一体化的更高质量发展。
Having experienced the test of COVID-19 epidemic,intelligent factors have greatly improved the prevention and treatment capability of the Yangtze River Delta region to deal with major public security risks,and enhanced the coordination of one city and three provinces in dealing with major issues.The effectiveness of intelligent support for the fight against COVID-19 shows that intelligent factors have great potential to promote the“four high”development of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta,which is a new path for higher quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.As a national strategy,the integration of Yangtze River Delta should be of higher quality.In the new era,we must grasp the general requirements for regional integration and the specific requirements for higher quality integration of the Yangtze River Delta on the basis of a correct understanding of the new connotation of regional integration,take the path of intelligent development,and promote the higher quality development of the Yangtze River Delta integration with intelligence.
