摘要
缆绳导向装置是绞车系统的一个重要组成部分。针对甲板设备众多,空间不足的问题,根据海洋设备布放系统设计了一种导缆装置,重点阐述了导缆装置的结构组成及工作原理,实践运行表明导缆装置能够有效的保证缆绳在甲板上随意转向,同时也不会造成缆绳的磨损。最后通过装配调试验证了导缆装置对优化甲板设备布局,提高船舶甲板空间使用效率具有重要的意义。
The cable guide is an important part of the winch system.Aiming at the problems of numerous deck equipment and insufficient space,a kind of cable guide device is designed according to the layout system of marine equipment in this paper,and the structure and working principle of the cable guide device is emphasized.The practical operations show that the cable guide device can effectively ensure the free turning of the cable on the deck,and will not cause the cable wear.Finally,through assembly and commissioning,it is verified that the cable guide device is of great significance to optimize the layout of deck equipment and improve the efficiency of using the deck space.
