摘要
地聚物混凝土裂缝在特殊环境中具有特殊的演变机制,人们要优化地聚物混凝土力学性能和耐久性能提升的技术途径,为将来该材料在工程上应用及推广提供良好的技术支持。本文以粉煤灰为硅铝质材料,利用自制的碱性激发剂激发其潜在的胶凝性质,制备地聚物混凝土。将预制裂缝后的地聚物混凝土置于特殊环境中,利用超声波检测仪和混凝土裂缝宽度测量仪检测裂缝宽度,建立环境因素变量与地聚物混凝土裂缝演变的关系。在氢氧化钠溶液环境下的混凝土自愈合效果试验中,当试样在pH为13的NaOH溶液中浸泡时,其强度、波速和强度恢复率增长明显。试样在溶液中浸泡至60 d时,强度恢复率可达90.4%,裂缝宽度愈合率为62.63%。
Geopolymer concrete cracks have a special evolution mechanism in a special environment,people need to optimize the technical ways to improve the mechanical properties and durability of geopolymer concrete to provide good technical support for the application and promotion of the material in engineering in the future.In this paper,fly ash was used as a silico-alumina material,and a self-made alkaline activator was used to stimulate its potential gell⁃ing properties to prepare geopolymer concrete.The geopolymer concrete with prefabricated cracks was placed in a special environment,and the crack width was detected by the ultrasonic detector and the concrete crack width mea⁃suring instrument,and the relationship between the environmental factor variables and the evolution of the geopoly⁃mer concrete cracks was established.In the test of the self-healing effect of concrete in the sodium hydroxide solu⁃tion environment,when the sample was immersed in the NaOH solution with pH 13,its strength,wave velocity and strength recovery rate increased significantly.When the sample was immersed in the solution for 60 days,the strength recovery rate could reach 90.4%,and the crack width healing rate was 62.63%.
