摘要
目的:探讨对慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)患者进行中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年7月至2019年7月某医院收治的80例CGM患者随机分为研究组(n=40)与对比组(n=40)。对对比组患者进行常规西医治疗,对研究组患者进行中西医结合治疗,然后比较两组患者的肾功能指标及其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组患者血清尿素氮(BUN)、血清肌酐(Scr)的水平和24小时尿蛋白定量均低于对比组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于对比组患者,P<0.05。结论:对CGN患者进行中西医结合治疗能显著改善其肾功能,缓解其病情。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine(WM)in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis(CGN).Methods:A total of 80 CGM patients admitted to a hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into study group(n=40)and comparison group(n=40).The patients in the comparison group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the study group were treated with integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine.Then the renal function indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After treatment,the level of serum urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(Scr)and 24-hour urinary protein quantification in the study group were lower than those in the comparison group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The combination of Traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the renal function of CGN patients and al leviate their condition.
