摘要
目的:分析乳腺癌手术患者治疗过程中应用保留胸前神经和肋间臂神经治疗的临床效果。方法:2017年12月-2019年6月收治乳腺癌患者66例,随机分为两组,各33例。对照组采用常规治疗;观察组实施保留胸前神经和肋间臂神经治疗。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及肿瘤转移情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组术后不良反应发生率及肿瘤转移率均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌手术患者治疗过程中应用保留胸前神经和肋间臂神经治疗的临床效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of preserving anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve in surgical treatment of patients with breast cancer.Methods:From December 2017 to June 2019,66 patients with breast cancer were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general treatment.The observation group was treated with preservation of anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve.The total clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and tumor metastasis were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and tumor metastasis in the control group were higher than the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preservation of anterior thoracic nerve and intercostobrachial nerve is effective in the treatment of breast cancer.
