摘要
驱动链轮与圆环链是刮板输送机中重要的动力传输部件。采用Solid Works软件,对寺河煤矿SGZ764-400型刮板输送机驱动链轮和圆环链进行建模,结合实际工况,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件分析了其运行过程中存在的问题,表明驱动链轮链窝部位存在应力集中现象。针对该问题开展了驱动链轮的优化改进工作,降低了驱动链轮链窝位置的最大应力值,提高了驱动链轮的耐磨性及使用寿命。
Drive sprocket and circular chain are important power transmission parts in scraper conveyor. SolidWorks software was used to model the driving sprocket and circular chain of the SGZ764-400 scraper conveyor in Sihe Mine,combining the actual working conditions, with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to analyze the problems existing in the operation process, which showed that there was a stress concentration phenomenon in the sprocket. In response to this problem, the optimization and improvement of the drive sprocket was carried out, which reduced the maximum stress value and improved the wear resistance and service life of the drive sprocket.
