摘要
针对细长轴磨削工艺中中心架的设置问题,采用CAE优化技术,借助ANSYS软件的有限元优化模块和APDL编程,实现了中心架数量和位置的优化。分析多支撑下细长轴在磨削中的让刀量,建立中心架位置优化的数学模型,研究基于APDL自动优化中心架位置的关键问题,利用黄金分割法和ANSYS中的优化模块结合的嵌套优化方法。以某光轴磨削为例,优化出中心架的数量和位置,与经验和实验结果一致,验证了该方法的可行性,可辅助工艺设计人员进行类似工艺设计。
Aimed at the problem of setting the center frame in the grinding process of slender shaft,the study has realized the optimization of the number and position by means of finite element optimization module in ANSYS and APDL programming.The study has analyzed the cutter reliving and established the mathematical model of position optimization of center rests.The key problems of automatic optimization of center frame position are studied based on the APDL programming language,and a nested optimization algorithm has been designed combining golden section method and optimization module in ANSYS.Taking the grinding of a shaft as a case,the study has optimized the number and position of center rests.The result shows an accordance with prior experience and the experimental results.It is proved the method is feasible.Of course,this method can assist process designers in similar process design.
