深度调峰对超(超)临界机组经济性及水动力安全影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 燃煤机组是当前调峰主力,而超(超)临界机组作为主流火电机组经常需要参与深度调峰。负荷较低时,机组供电煤耗增加,并且负荷越低耗煤速度越快。为了调动机组参与深度调峰积极性,应建立合理有效的深度调峰补偿机制。低负荷下运行,水动力循环和燃烧工况恶化,容易出现水冷壁超温爆管。尤其是某些水冷壁管中存在焊瘤,影响酸洗和冲管效果,恶化了传热,更容易出现水冷壁安全性问题。 Coal fired units are the main force of the peak-shaving.The ultra-super critical units,as the mainstream of the coal fired plant,will frequently participant in the deep peak-load regulation.When operated at underload,the net coal consumption rates of the units increase,with higher increasing rate at lower load.An effective compensation mechanism should be established to encourage the unit to participant in the deep peak-load regulation.The hydrodynamic force decreasing and the deterioration of combustion will lead to higher risk of overheating tube rupture at underload.This phenomenon will be more serious when there is overlap in the furnace tube.
