微格教学法在神经内科体格检查实践教学的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨微格教学法在神经内科体格检查实践教学的应用效果.方法分别选取该校20名2014级和2013级临床医学专业实习生作为实验组和对照组,对照组采取传统教学法,实验组采用微格教学法,出科前对两组临床实习生的实习效果以及自我学习能力进行评价.结果 实验组临床实习生出科前对神经内科体格检查的理论知识(91.47± 5.33)分以及实践操作(90.39±6.87)分得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组临床实习生的学习动机(17.53±2.79)分、学习信念(3.47±0.66)分、学习目标(17.04±2.69)分、获取及处理信息(14.16±2.27)分、自我监测(26.00± 4.17)分以及合作交流(23.41±3.85)分等自主学习能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论微格教学法可提高临床实习生对神经内科体格检查理论知识和实践操作的掌握,并促进培养其自主学习能力,有效提高临床实习效果. Objective To explore the application effect of microteaching method in the practice teaching of physical examination in neurology.Methods 20 cases of grade 2014 and 2013 clinical medical interns in the school were selected as the experimental group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the micro-teaching method.Before graduation,the internship effect and self-learning ability of the two groups of clinical interns were evaluated.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge(91.47±5.33)points and practical operation(90.39±6.87)points of the physical examination of neurology before the clinical internship in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);experimental group of clinical internships:learning motivation(17.53±2.79)points,learning beliefs(3.47±0.66)points,learning goals(17.04±2.69)points,acquisition and processing of information(14.16±2.27)points,self-monitoring(26.00±4.17)points and cooperative communication(23.41±3.85)points and other autonomous learning ability scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-teaching method can improve the clinical interns'grasp of the theoretical knowledge and practical operation of physical examination in neurology,and promote the cultivation of their autonomous learning ability,which can effectively improve the effect of clinical practice.
