摘要
事业单位管理体制改革的推进,对事业单位的资产管理、人力资源管理均造成了一定影响。同时,事业单位资产管理工作的水准也受到了社会各界的关注。基于此,论文首先阐述了事业单位人力资源管理和资产管理的现状,然后结合事业单位资产管理的实际情况,提出了几点事业单位人力资源培训的对策,以期为广大从业者提供有价值的参考。
The promotion of the management system reform of public institutions has had a certain impact on the asset management and human resources management of public institutions.At the same time,the level of the asset management work in public institutions has also attracted the attention of all sectors of society.Based on this,the paper firstly expounds the current situation of the human resources management and asset management in public institutions,then combined with the actual situation of the asset management in public institutions,puts forward some countermeasures for human resources training in public institutions,so as to provide some valuable reference for the majority of practitioners.
