传导发射内涵与仿真案例分析 被引量:3

摘要 从传导发射基本概念出发,介绍仿真方法在产品开发各阶段的作用,详细描述电源线内差模噪声和共模噪声的产生机理和抑制方法,剖析线路阻抗稳定网络(line impedance stabilization network,LISN)在传导发射测试与仿真中的特征和用途。通过简要介绍Boost开关电源、电机控制器和电动助力转向(electric power steering,EPS)系统控制器传导发射等3个案例,深度研究滤波网络对传导发射特性的影响,剖析H桥驱动电路传导发射噪声仿真值、测试值与平均限值之间的误差及其产生原因。该传导发射噪声基本理论和相关案例分析可为产品相关特性分析提供思路。 Starting from the basic concept of conducted emission,the functions of simulation methods in each stage of product development are introduced,and the generation mechanism and suppression method of differential mode noise and common mode noise in power lines are described in detail,and the characteristics and applications of line impedance stabilization network(LISN)in conducted emission test and simulation are analyzed.Three examples including Boost switch power,motor controller and electric power steering(EPS)system controller conducted emission are briefly introduced.The influence of filter networks on conducted emission characteristics is studied deeply.The error between simulation value,test value and average limit value of conducted emission noise of H-bridge driving circuit and its cause are analyzed.The basic theory and related case analysis of the conducted emission noise can provide ideas for product related characteristic analysis.
