摘要
目的探讨脑出血患者的整体护理教学查房方法。方法将94名护理实习生随机分为试验组、对照组,分别采用问题式学习法(PBL)结合多媒体模式和传统护理教学查房模式对两组实习生实施护理查房教学。结果试验组脑出血患者护理查房理论成绩、实操成绩、综合素质均优于对照组,教学满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PBL结合多媒体模式进行脑出血患者整体护理教学查房,可进一步改善护理查房的教学质量,使实习生更好地掌握护理查房的理论知识和实操技能。
Objective To explore the method of holistic nursing teaching rounds for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 94 nursing interns were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and the problem-based learning method(PBL)was used in combination with the multimedia mode and the traditional nursing teaching rounds mode to conduct nursing rounds teaching for the two groups of interns.Results The theoretical results,practical performance,and comprehensive quality of nursing rounds of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the teaching satisfaction was higher than those in the control group.The comparison of the above indicators in both groups showed,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL combined with multimedia mode for teaching nursing rounds of patients with cerebral hemorrhage can further improve the teaching quality of nursing rounds and enable interns to better grasp the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing rounds.
