摘要
目的评估糖尿病合并高血压患者中血脂达标现况及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查方法,回顾性收集2015年10月至2016年3月广州市某三级综合医院心内科住院的已确诊高血压合并糖尿病的437例患者的临床资料。结果本研究人群中血脂达标率为4. 58%。二元Logistic回归分析显示,性别(OR:5. 755,95%CI:1. 097~30. 202)、高血压病程(OR=0. 938,95%CI:0. 883~0. 995)及尿酸(OR=1. 009,95%CI:1. 002~1. 061)为血脂达标的影响因素。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者的血脂达标率较低,并且与性别,高血压病程和尿酸显著相关。
Objective To evaluate the prevalence and risk factors of lipid goal attainment in patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertension.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect the data of 437 inpatients from October 2015 to March2016 at department of cardiology in a level Ⅲ general hospital in Guangzhou.The data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The overall prevalence of lipid goal attainment was 4.58%.Binary logistic regression identified that gender(OR=5.755,95%CI:1.097~30.202),duration of hypertension(OR=0.938,95%CI:0.883~0.995)and uric acid(OR=1.009,95%CI:1.002~1.061)were risk factors for the lipid goal attainment.Conclusion Lipid goal attainment is low in patients with diabetes and hypertension.It is significantly associated with gender,duration of hypertension and uric acid.
