摘要
低温环境导致太阳能路灯照明时间大幅度缩短,主要是因为太阳能路灯的磷酸铁锂电池组在低温环境中性能下降,针对此问题,根据传热学原理,利用数值模拟分析对二氧化硅气凝胶板、橡塑泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫板的保温效果进行分析,得出二氧化硅气凝胶板的保温效果优于橡塑泡沫、聚苯乙烯泡沫板。通过实验对仿真结果进行验证,得出二氧化硅气凝胶板作为保温材料能够延长路灯的照明时间。
The low temperature environment lead to the result that solar street lighting time is greatly shortened,the main problem is that the performance degradation of the lithium iron phosphate battery pack of the solar street lamp in a low temperature environment.Aiming at this issue,according to the principle of heat transfer,the numerical simulation was used to compare the thermal insulation effect of silica aerogel plate,rubber foam and polystyrene foam board.The thermal insulation effect of silica aerogel plate was better than that of rubber foam and polystyrene foam board.Finally,the simulation results were verified by test,and the silica aerogel plate could effectively extend the illumination time of the street lamp.
