摘要
目的分析孕期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响效果。方法使用随机数字表法将60患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组常规护理干预。治疗组系统化孕期护理干预。连续干预6周时间。观测分娩结局、围生期并发症发生率、围生儿并发症发生率。结果观察组早产发生率(3.33%,1/30)明显低于对照组(20.00%,6/30);观察组自然分娩率(83.33%,25/30)明显高于对照组(40.00%,12/30);剖宫产概率(16.67%,5/30)明显低于对照组(60.00%,18/30),(P<0.05);观察组围生期并发症发生率(6.67%,2/30)低于对照组(26.67%,8/30),差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组围生儿并发症发生率(3.33%,1/30)低于对照组(20.00%,6/30),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施孕期护理干预,可有效改善妊娠结局。
Objective To analyze the effect of pregnancy nursing intervention on pregnancy outcome of gestational diabetes.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The treatment group used systematic pregnancy nursing intervention.The intervention lasted for 6 weeks.The outcome of delivery,the incidence of perinatal complications and the incidence of perinatal complications were observed.Results The incidence of preterm birth(3.33%,1/30)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%,6/30).The natural delivery rate in the observation group(83.33%,25/30)was significantly higher than that in the control group(40.00%,12/30).The probability of cesarean section(16.67%,5/30)was significantly lower than that in the control group(60.00%,12/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of perinatal complications in the observation group(6.67%,2/30)was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%,8/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The perinatal infant complications incidence(3.33%,1/30)in the observation group was statistically significantlower than that of the control group(20.00%,6/30)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention during pregnancy can effectively improve the outcome of pregnancy.
