Study on Influence of Game Analysis of Credit Supply and Demand Between Rural Financial Institutions and Family Farms Under Government Intervention

摘要家庭农场在促进农业发展方式转变实现乡村振兴过程中具有重要作用。金融支持是促进家庭农场发展的关键动力引擎,对发展农村经济助力乡村振兴具有重要意义。农村信用社、农村商业银行、农村合作银行、村镇银行等农村金融机构的信贷资金是家庭农场融资的主要来源,金融机构信贷供给不足与家庭农场信贷需求旺盛之间的矛盾日益突出的问题亟待解决。运用演化博弈理论与方法,构建金融机构信贷供给与家庭农场资金需求的博弈模型,分析博弈双方在有无政府干预情况下的博弈决策。研究表明,在无政府干预下,博弈双方的决策受家庭农场履约概率及信贷资金机会成本影响;在政府干预下,双方合作意愿增强,可形成良性互动。基于此提出缓解金融机构与家庭农场信贷资金供需矛盾的对策建议,以促进家庭农场健康发展。 Family farms are playing a more and more important role in the process of promoting the transformation of agricultural development pattern and rural revitalization.Financial support is a key engine to promote the development of family farms and has great significance on the development of rural economy and rural revitalization.Credit funds from rural credit cooperatives,rural commercial banks,rural cooperative banks,rural banks and other rural financial institutions are the main sources of family farms'financing.The contradiction between the insufficient supply of credit from financial institutions and the high demand for credit from family farms is becoming more and more prominent.Based on the theory of evolutionary game,the game model of credit supply of financial institutions and fund demand of family farm was constructed,and the game decisions of both sides under the conditions of anarchy intervention and government intervention were analyzed.The research showed that the decision-making of both sides was influenced by the probability of family farm performance and the opportunity cost of credit funds under the intervention of anarchy.Under the government's intervention,two sides'cooperation would be strengthened,which could form a benign interaction.Based on this,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to alleviate the contradiction of the supply and demand of credit funds between financial institutions and family farms in order to promote the healthy development of family farms.
