摘要
健康消费无论对于经济发展、产业升级、消费升级抑或是居民福利提升均具有举足轻重的意义。利用中国家庭动态跟踪调查数据(CFPS)中的江苏样本,考察了江苏居民健康消费的基本状况,并通过构建模型,实证分析了影响江苏居民健康消费的个体与家庭因素,得到如下结论:居民的健康消费与居民个人的年龄、教育水平、健康状况、有无医保、身体锻炼频率、经常看病的医疗机构级别、城乡地区分布,家庭的收入、人口数均存在显著的相关关系。并提出相应的政策建议:切实保障老年人的健康消费;提高居民教育水平;努力提高全民参保意识;提升基层医疗机构服务质量和医疗保障水平;提高居民收入水平;重视妇幼健康消费需求的增长;优化农村医疗资源配置,提高医疗服务的可及性。
Healthy consumption plays an important role in economic development, industrial upgrading, consumption upgrading, or improvement of residents’ welfare. Based on the Jiangsu sample in CFPS,the article investigates the basic situation of health consumption of Jiangsu residents. By constructing a model, it analyzes the individual and family factors affecting the healthy consumption of Jiangsu residents. Then the following conclusions are drawn: the residents’ health consumption is significantly correlated with their personal age, education level,health status, medical insurance, frequency of physical exercise, level of medical institutions, distribution of urban or rural area, family income and population. Finally,the article puts forward relevant policy recommendations,such as effectively protecting the healthy consumption of the elderly, improving the education level of the residents, and so on.
