摘要
为了解杂交鲟(施氏鲟♀×西伯利亚鲟♂)渗透压调节机理及其对环境的适应性,本研究采用常规组织学技术,对杂交鲟泌尿系统的组织学进行了初步观察。结果表明:其泌尿系统由中肾、输尿管和膀胱构成。中肾包括肾小体、肾小管和填充于其间的拟淋巴组织,中肾无皮质和髓质之分。肾小管分成颈段、第一近端段、第二近端段、远端段。输尿管可分为黏膜层、肌肉层、纤维层,膀胱是输尿管膀胱,输尿管和膀胱黏膜上皮都有分泌细胞分布。
In order to understand the osmotic pressure regulation mechanism and the environmental adaptability of Hybrid Sturgeon(Amur sturgeon♀×Acipenser baerii♂),The urinary system of Hybrid Sturgeon was studied by using the light microscopic technique.The result revealed that the urinary system consisted of kidney,ureter and urinary bladder.The middle kidney consists of the renal corpus cle,the renal tubules,and the pseudolymphatic tissue that fills them,without cortex or medulla.The tubules were divided into the neck Segment,the primary proximal segment,the second proximal segment,distal segment.Ureters can be divided into mucosal lay er,muscle layer,fibrous layer,bladder belong to ureter bladder,ureter and bladder mucosa epithelial secretory cells distribution.
